Customs, duties and freight

If you run operations outside of Australia, you can bulk ship inventory to our Sydney and/or Melbourne locations, so you don’t have to deal with customs and import duties each time you ship an Australian order. When it comes to becoming a non-resident importer, ShipBob will walk you through the process of sending freight to our Australian fulfilment centre. We’ll work with your current courier or freight partners, or you can leverage ShipBob’s relationships with cross-border freight specialists.

Shipping Times & Couriers

Once you ship inventory to our Australian location, you have the option to choose between standard or expedited shipping options. The average transit time to all of Australia is 1-7 business days. ShipBob partners with Australia Post for shipments within Australia and will continue to add more couriers.

At ShipBob, we track your orders from A to Z. Filter orders by status, search for specific orders, see a quick timeline view of where your order is in the fulfilment process (e.g. when an order is picked, packed, or shipped), easily find shipping-related information (e.g., weights, dimensions, or courier service), and get a quick snapshot of any orders that require action.
