We also negotiate shipping discounts on your behalf through major couriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. These bulk discounts also help you reduce shipping costs (from expedited or 2-day to international shipping).

Shipping fragile items

Some cookware products require extra care. Although ShipBob has processes in place to reduce risk in shipping fragile items, some issues can arise while orders are in transit that are outside of our control. When shipping damages occur, we file claims on behalf of the merchant at no additional cost. We also help you choose the fulfilment centre(s) in which to store your inventory that are closest to your end consumers to help reduce the distance travelled and time in transit.
