How our fulfilment process works

Getting started with ShipBob involves syncing your store with our technology and shipping your products to our fulfilment centres.

From there, we are notified when a customer places an order, and the order is routed to the closest fulfilment centre to the customer. We generate an automatic picking list and packing slip, and our fulfilment team picks, packs, and ships the order (tracking info is forwarded to the customer as well).
